I didn’t want a photo booth that would require my staff to be tied to machines because this was their celebration as well. We recently hosted an open house to celebrate moving to our new space. The universal answer is always “What does your contract say?” We don’t take that position we would rather live by our mission statement, “To create innovative and unforgettable, interactive photography based experiences to Las Vegas area events with a focus on customer elation.” That is what we try to deliver, not the legal paragraphs in our contract. Often times in related Facebook groups, I see people ask things like “my customer wants me to move after I set up” or, “stay an extra hour” or, “set up early”, or they “want extra prints”, etc. Secondly, our commitment to our clients experience. We aim to be photo entertainment over equipment rental, and it shows. We have had SO many local companies tell us how jealous they are of our on-site team. Our event’s coordinator, Ali Kline works hand-in-hand with each client to ensure their experience is unique to their celebration. Our sales manager, Hollie Cardinal is passionate about helping clients find exactly what they need and creating that initial relationship. Smash Booth has a strong focus on providing an elevated experience. From a client’s very first contact, whether that’s a phone call or an Instagram post, to their very final farewell, we try to leave a lasting impression. Besides providing a fun and engaging experience in the photo booth through interactive hosts and a quality product, we want to ensure also that each client has an easy and seamless process through every step and following up afterwards to make sure everything was perfect. I am also intricately involved in the wedding and event industry in Las Vegas and currently volunteer my time to serve as the President of the Las Vegas Wedding Chamber of Commerce. Combined with my other loves, graphic design, tech, matched with a degree in marketing, it turned out to be a perfect storm for both my skillset and my passion. After I sold my most recent business, my sister being in the wedding industry recommended I look into opening a photo booth company based on my interest in photography.

All in all, I know I'd made the right decision to go with DRB2 and I am confident it will work as expected when at my client's venue.I’ve owned some type of business since I was 19, but none have I committed so much of myself to as I have with Smash Booth. There are many other features on DRB2 that I haven't explored yet such as green screen, video, activating lighting, and more. Again, Amy responded quickly and the issue was fixed. The first remedy did not fix the problem so I sent another email. I contacted support via email and received a response from Amy that same day. I did encounter an problem with live view disappearing from the booth screen that I couldn't figure out. With my Canon DSLR camera, I am able to use the live view feature, which I highly recommend. For self-activated booth sessions, the touchscreen buttons on a booth screen and a USB button connected to my computer both worked responsively and flawlessly.
DARKROOM BOOTH SOFTWARE TEMPLATES TRIAL
This took some trial and error but once it's set, you're good to go.

As expected, I had to make minor alignment adjustments in the printer software to properly fit the print on 4圆 media. I can fully customize booth screens and print templates. Adding sound clips, voices, music, buttons for touchscreen, etc was done with relative ease. I had a similar experience with making new booth screens. With DRB2, I've easily made from scratch new print templates with a variety of backgrounds, graphics, colors, logos, fonts, and so forth. FYI, I am using DRB2 on a Lenovo T420 laptop with WIN 10 Pro. I want to be familiar with all aspects of the software before I start my business. I purchased it and have been testing for over two months now. For the next thirty days, which is what the trial version allows, I tested each one and considered its features, ease of use, layout, versatility, design, price, etc. I narrowed it down to a handful of five of the leading brand and downloaded their trial version. I did some online research and read many reviews about photo booth software. I am getting ready to start my photo booth business soon. Five Stars indeed because it is absolutely the best photo booth software.
